Installation
Installation of your DSL service is a
three step process:
1:
The telephone company delivers an "unbundled copper pair"
to your telephone junction box.
2: Our Inside Wiring (IW) tech runs the wires from
the junction box to where you want to locate the router.
He or she then connects the router and makes sure it is connected
to our equipment and can pass traffic to the Internet.
3: One of our Tech Support reps calls you to complete
the Internet setup and help you set up your computers to communicate
properly.

Premise Equipment
The CPE is the final link between your
LAN (or individual computer) and the DSL. Many DSL providers
use bridges to make this final connection as cheaply as possible.
However, we always uses a router for maximum security, performance,
and flexibility.
